Debate continues…
Schedule:
Debate has been moving very slowly. Energy and Commerce time is complete; about half way through the Ways and Means time. In roughly 30 minutes, will move into Education and Labor debate time.
Following General Debate, will begin 20 minutes of debate on the Pitts/Stupak Amendment. Following debate on Pitts/Stupak expect to being one hour of debate on the Republican Substitute.
And then, in theory, at approximately 9-10:00 p.m. (SUBJECT TO CHANGE) expect final series of votes on Amendments, and Passage of Speaker Pelosi’s Government Takeover of Health Care.
